A Virtual Reading Academy Ages 4 to 10

We set the BAR.

Benjamin Academy is a virtual reading program built on the Science of Reading. Small cohorts. Weekly 1:1. Parents at the table. Designed for the family playing the long game.

3·Pillar Science of Reading
90m Live Workshop
4·10 Ages Served

Built on the Science of Reading.

Three pillars run through every Benjamin Academy program. Same method whether your child is four or ten, just learning their letters or working on multisyllabic decoding. The science doesn't change. Only the application does.

i.

Phonemic Awareness & Decoding

The mechanical foundation. Sounds, letters, blending. Done in the right order, taught the right way, with no shortcuts and no guessing. This is where most kids who struggle are actually stuck.

ii.

Vocabulary & Comprehension

Decoding without comprehension is just noise. Every cohort builds the language, background knowledge, and meaning-making that turns sounding-out into actual reading.

iii.

Parent Partnership

You attend. You learn the method. The fifteen minutes a day at home is what compounds the work we do together each week. This isn't drop-off tutoring. It's a partnership.

Why Benjamin

Benjamin is the child who never got to read.
In his honor, many will.

Read his story

The way in is a workshop.

Before any program, every Benjamin Academy family starts with a 90-minute live workshop. You'll see the four stages of reading, understand exactly where your child is, and walk away with a daily practice you can start that night.

It's the workshop, the diagnostic, and the placement conversation in one. Two ways to register.

The Workshop No. 01
Sounds I.
Letters II.
Blending III.
Comprehension IV.

Reading as advantage,
not remediation.

i.

A child who reads early and reads well

Not memorizing. Not guessing. Decoding with confidence and understanding what's on the page. The skill that compounds for the next decade of school.

ii.

A method in your hands, not just a tutor's

You'll know what to do every day. You'll know what to ask for at school. You'll be the parent in the room who actually understands how reading works.

iii.

A head start on the long game

Reading is the first strategic move. Get this right and the next ten years of academics get easier. Get it wrong and everything else costs more.

Reading is your child's
first strategic move.

Start with the workshop. Ninety minutes. Two ways to register. Seats are limited so the room stays small.
